Refund and Cancellation Policy for Brandavan Food Products
At Brandavan Food Products, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
- Essential Services:
- Order Timing: Orders can be placed from 4 hours prior to the start of the train journey up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time at the destination.
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations for these orders can be made up to 4 hours before the start of the journey. There will be no provision for cancellations once the journey has started or for onboard orders.
- Refund Policy: In the event of a cancellation within the permitted window, the advance payment will be refunded within seven business days. Refunds are not applicable for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
- Food Services and Other Services:
- Order Timing: Orders can be placed as early as 7 days prior to the start of the train journey and up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time at the destination.
- Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered 1 hour before the train reaches the destination.
- Cancellation Window: Advance orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the start of the journey. No cancellations will be accepted once the journey has begun or for onboard orders.
- Refund Policy: If a prepaid order is cancelled within the permitted time frame, the advance payment will be refunded within seven business days. Refunds are not applicable for cash on delivery (COD) orders.
- General Terms:
- Refund Timeline: All refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed and returned within seven business days from the date of cancellation.
- COD Orders: Refunds are not available for orders placed with cash on delivery (COD) as the payment method.
